Welcome to Top Notch

Top Notch is owned by Franklin Foods Limited, a proud New Zealand family owned and operated business; that’s been bringing Top Notch NZ meat products to the tables of New Zealanders for over 25 years.  Our origins within the butchery trade reaches back 130 years, so it’s fair to say we know a bit when it comes to meat.

Our name Top Notch expresses our belief in quality and value, as the ingredients in all our products are sourced locally to ensure we deliver our customers the finest quality frozen food. Our New Zealand suppliers of beef, lamb and chicken are trusted globally. Livestock is carefully selected from New Zealand farms where the animals are raised naturally and farm resources are sustainably managed to conserve the environment for future generations.

You can be assured the quality products we make combine an excellent blend of taste, and texture that appeal to many people in New Zealand and around the world.  

Export Licenses

We currently export our products to Asia, Middle East, Africa, Australia, Korea, Thailand and Russia, with pending licences for Thailand and Indonesia.  You’ll find some of our products here in Hong Kong, City’Super supermarkets and the Holly Brown coffee chain.
